Fender Made in Japan Traditional II 50’s Stratocaster Neck Maple Fretboard
Fusing Fender’s traditional aesthetics with sophisticated Japanese craftsmanship the made in Japan Traditional II series necks offer the sought after and iconic feel of Fender MIJ instruments.
Crafted in the same facility as the Made in Japan series instruments, the Traditional II 50’s Stratocaster Neck features a classic “U” shape and incorporates a flatter 9.5″ radius and 21 vintage frets on a maple fingerboard. A gloss urethane finish provides classic feel and a slimmer 1-5/8″ (41 mm) nut width makes for easy playability.
Because Fender genuine replacement necks have not been mounted to guitar bodies, nut slots must be cut by qualified personnel. Other installation processes may be required, such as fret work, fitting the neck to the neck pocket, and other instrument setup procedures.
