Gibson Custom Shop 1957 Les Paul Junior Reissue with 1950s P-90 Pickup
This is a 2007 Gibson Custom Shop ’57 Junior with a bit of modifications and home-made wear patterns to give it the look of an older vintage Junior. A previous owner installed a set of ’50s 3-in-a-line white button tuners on the guitar with older reflector knobs and a ’50s-era dogear P-90 pickup that sounds fantastic. It looks to have been refretted with slightly larger-than-stock fretwire and given a bone nut and a modern compensated wraparound tailpiece. As far as wear goes: there are dents and small dings on the body with lacquer checking and some scuffing to the headstock veneer. It plays wonderfully and sounds killer with that old P-90. The original Gibson case and COA are included!
