1962 Gretsch 6120 Restoration Project
This is a 1962 Gretsch 6120 that is being sold as-is as a guitar that needs some major work to it, but is a promising case that will definitely be a cool guitar once restored. It is in need of a neck reset, with areas of binding missing from the side of the fretboard, one broken tuner, and the mute assembly working but needing a new rubber top to mute the strings. The truss rod on the neck does indeed work, and the electronics are working as well. It includes a hardshell case which is in just about the same shape as the guitar. It needs a lot of work and it is currently unplayable, but with the skill of an experienced luthier can be a great vintage Gretsch!
