1965 Martin T-15 Tiple
This very fun instrument is a 1965 Martin T-15 Tiple. It’s a four-course ten-string instrument, played much like a ukulele with similar chord fingerings. The Martin Tiple was designed around 1919 from a prototype instrument imported from Argentina. The history of the Tiple as well as some typewritten letters from a Martin employee to a previous owner suggesting what string gauges to use are included with the instrument in its hardshell case. The tiple is in very good condition: there is a strap button installed on the neck heel, and a replaced bridge.
Includes: Original Hardshell Case, Martin Paperwork Explaining History of the Tiple and Suggested String Gauges.
