1982 Jackson Pre-Production Soloist Mike Learn Hot Rod Flames
Here’s a Pre-Production Jackson Soloist built in 1982 with tons of Rock and Roll lore behind it. The guitar was originally owned by the famed Nite Bob, a Rock and Roll legend who has worked doing sound and many other jobs for bands such as Aerosmith and Steely Dan since the 1970s. Through the life of the guitar, it was sold to subsequent owners and the last owner of the instrument had it refinished by Mike Learn with a classic Hot Rod Flames paint job. Mike is behind some of the most famous Jackson and Charvel graphic designs throughout the brands history. The guitar has a single humbucker pickup with a master volume control. The original work order number is preserved and on display in the back cavity of the body. The guitar remains in overall very good to excellent shape, there’s a medium amount of fretwear to the neck. The original case and tremolo arm are included.
