1991 Gibson 1961 SG Custom 30th Anniversary TV Yellow
This beauty is a rare 1991 SG Custom (technically, it’s a Les Paul but you know what we mean!) as part of the 30th Anniversary of the original 1961 Les Paul). Production was limited to only 300 of these instruments. It’s finished in a TV Yellow color over a mahogany body, slim-taper mahogany neck, and three humbuckers. Each pickup has its own volume, which is great for blending in the middle. The TV Yellow on this run of guitars is interesting in that it’s more opaque than usual TV finishes, and almost looks like a solid gold color. It goes with the gold hardware very nicely. The guitar is in super clean condition for its age, with no major wear spots on it. The original case is included.
