The Bare Knuckle Stormy Monday is a handwound, vintage-correct humbucker designed to reproduce the tones of the brighter 57 and 58 era PAF pickups. The Stormy Monday has clear articulation with lots of natural sounding sustain, excellent pick dynamics and string separation. The pickups are wound with vintage-correct 42 AWG plain enamel wire, butyrate bobbins, and a calibrated sand cast Alnico II magnet. This set of Stormy Monday humbuckers have aged nickel covers.
