Collings 290 Electric Guitar TV Yellow
Here’s a cool guitar that takes a classic ’50s design and tweaks it around a bit to Collings specifications to make it one great looking, playing, and sounding instrument. The 290 model is loaded with two Lollar P-90 pickups for that fat and round 50’s style tone, and built with a hand-set mortise and tenon neck joint for solid construction and tons of resonance. The body also has comfort in mind, with both lap and tummy contours that make it a joy to play sitting down as well as standing up. Topping off the looks are a classic TV Yellow finish and a 1-ply black pickguard, even more features that we’re fans of at the Zoo. The guitar is in overall excellent condition with little wear to it, and the original case included.
