EVH 5150 III 15W LBXII Guitar Amplifier Head
Leave it to EVH to pack this much power into a 15 Watt lunchbox-sized head. This is the new for 2017 EVH 5150 III LBX II! This is no little practice head – this thing is loaded with two EL84s and four 12AX7s. This new version of the head takes the size and punch of the original LBX, and takes the crunch channel down a notch to give you a chiming, crystal clean tone instead of the original straight-off crunch. The II also has concentric volume and gain pots for dialing in each channel. The LBX has a 1/4-power switch that brings the amp down to 4 Watts if you want to get old school Eddie brown-sound tone that gets nice and squishy but still roaring amounts of gain.
