Fender Custom Shop 1950 Double Esquire Super Heavy Relic Faded Aged Surf Green 2023
This is a lightly used 2023 Fender Custom Shop 1950 Double Esquire with a custom-color Faded Aged Surf Green finish over the ash body, or what’s left of the Surf Green at least. The guitar along with its finish treatment has a quartersawn maple neck carved to a soft “V”, a very comfortable 7.25-9.5″ fretboard radius, and a set of handwound 50-51 Blackguard pickups. Historically accurate – this piece of sturdy quartersawn maple does not have a truss rod. The guitar is in overall excellent condition with the original case included!
