Fender Custom Shop 1955 Esquire Relic Aged Butterscotch Blonde Masterbuilt Vincent Van Trigt
Sometimes one pickup is all you need to rock! This is a gorgeous ’55 Esquire Masterbuilt by the very talented Vincent Van Trigt. The color on this is a very unique ‘smoked’ Butterscotch Blonde color, and is really one of Vincent’s speciaties when it comes to yellowing and authentically aging a lighter colored guitar. The specs on this one are all hitters too: a chunky “U” shaped quartersawn maple neck, vintage-accurate 7.25-9.5″ fretboard radius, and a Fender OBG pickup with ‘Full Throttle’ wiring. With this wiring setup – position one is the pickup direct to the output jack, two is just the volume control, and three is the volume and tone control engaged. There’s also a 2-pickup Esquire conversion kit in the case if you want to throw on a pickguard with a neck pickup and separate wiring harness too!
