Fender Custom Shop ’51 Telecaster Super Heavy Relic Faded Oxblood
Just when we think we’ve seen every Fender finish in the book – something fresh and new comes along! This is a Teambuilt ’51 Tele outfitted with a Seymour Duncan Seth Lover humbucker in the neck and a Super Heavy Relic Faded Oxblood color! We love the way this deep purple looks as its faded in certain areas, mixing with the primer undercoat to make lighter shades of Oxblood. The Seth Lover pickup is a great choice for playing thick and bassy rhythmic parts, and the 10/56 “V” shape on the rift sawn neck is one of our favorite profiles for lead playing.
